Plant and Machinery, too, is on the cutting edgestate of the artavant garde of technology.
Thyristorized auto argon welding machines, press brakes, advanced mag welding machines, pressurized automatic painting booths with water curtains, drying oven booths – state-of-the-art equipment imported from the most advanced international manufacturers is what makes Trans Freight Containers the heavyweights of the industry.
Manufacturing Capabilities
TFC’s sophisticated machinery that welding above 1 meter is automatically done. The environmental conservation needs of the future have also been considered while investing in the Plant and Machinery, and the 3-coat waterborne painting system is completely environment-friendly. TFC’s production lines have been designed for maximum flexibility and versatility – 20 and 40 foot Dry Cargo, Open Top, Ventilated, High Cube, Hard Top, Bulk containers can be manufactured to any specification and rating.
In order to reduce its cost of production and increase production efficiency, TFC has implemented backward integration by putting up a Steel Servicing Centre consisting of De-coiling & Slitting unit with a capacity of 80,000 MT and 60,000 MT respectively per annum in New Bombay, Maharashtra, Cut-to-size hot rolled (HR) sheets form the key raw material, which account for 30% of the container price. Backward integration will allow TFC to import HR coils and cut them to HR Sheets.
